What You're Purchasing
ClawTurm is a one-time purchase that provides an automated installation script for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant platform. You receive a unique setup command that installs and configures OpenClaw on your own server.
What You Own
- Your server and all data on it
- Your AI assistant configuration
- All conversations and memory stored on your server
- Full admin access to your OpenClaw instance
ClawTurm has no ongoing access to your server after installation. We cannot read, modify, or delete your data.
Third-Party Services
Running OpenClaw requires separate accounts and agreements with:
- Hetzner — server hosting (paid separately, ~$4.15/mo)
- Anthropic — AI model access (your own API key or subscription)
- Tailscale — secure networking (free tier available)
- Telegram — messaging interface (free, optional)
ClawTurm is not affiliated with these services. Their respective terms and pricing apply.
Refund Policy
Since this is a digital product (an installation script), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the script fails to install properly and we cannot resolve the issue through support, we will issue a full refund.
Support
We provide setup support via Telegram at @Clawturm_Support_bot. Support covers the installation process. Post-installation customization of OpenClaw is best handled by chatting with your AI assistant directly.
